Welcome to the Church Ellise Catherine!

Ellie was baptised on June 23rd.  What an amazing day!  All of our neighborhood friends we able to join our family, including Grammy, Aunt Lucy, and Ashton, at the church for the service.  Mass was done by Father Alejandro at Holy Cross Church (which is our parish).  It was a beautiful service.  He incorporated Ellie into the entire Mass.  She was such a good baby too!  No crying, just smiles and more smiles.

For her Godparents, we chose my good friend Alysia Trujillo and her husband.  I have known Alysia for five years and she and I have become very close.  She works with me in Hatch and runs the daycare that Sophia and Ellie go to.  She's also a FACS teacher.  She and I are strikingly similar in all ways!  I couldn't think of a better person to be Ellie's Godmother!

After the Mass, we had a small reception at the house.  The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful day :)
